David Masterman is a self employed designer and artist offering a wide range of original design and specialist design services to private individuals, businesses, museums and organisations.
Predominantly a watercolour artist, but also acomplished in oils, pencil and acrylics, specialising in heritage subjects including steam traction engines, vehicles, motorcycles, transport, agricultural subjects, fairgrounds, waterways, landscapes, castles, old buildings and architectural building portraits. Also, on a less frequent basis, a number of original watercolour pet portraits have been produced as commissions for private individuals. Watercolour 'pop art' is also a favourite subject.
DavMar Originals is the trading name and Company name of the artist. DavMar Originals produces its own range of giftware and prints for specialist interests in the vintage vehicle and heritage markets under the brand name of DavMar Originals Heritage Collection. A wide range of attractive gifts and collectables are all produced at our studio / workshop and DavMar Originals holds trade stands at many steam rallies and vintage events throughout the year. Generally throughout weekend events there will be a watercolour painting demonstraction carried out on the tradestand.
Commissions for original paintings have been carried out for a large number of private individuals and businesses, with many repeat customers. Please see the Commissions page for further details.
Specialist design services are provided to businesses, clubs, museums and other organisations for promotional purposes, fundraising etc.. These include original watercolour paintings and promotional gifts which are very attractive and are a unique and totally original way of getting your company noticed and remembered. With almost 25 years of experience in the field of architecture and building design, Davmar Originals Limited can offer a full range architectural services for private and business clients from inception to completion.
Services include:
Full plan drawing and submission for all types of building projects using both Microstation and AutoCad.
Architectural perspectives and illustrations in pencil, single line and watercolour (using 'the skills that time forgot' instead of modern computer programs).
Contract architectural services to architectural practices and design companies.
